Are you new to fitness? This Low Impact Cardio and Body Weight Strengthening Workout is a perfect workout if you have not exercised in a while, if you are new to fitness, or if you are recovering from an injury.
I invite you to exercise with me and train all the muscles in your body in this 25-minute low impact and strength developing workout. After a short warm-up, we dive into 8 sets of 3 exercises.
You don’t need any equipment for this routine, except a yoga mat.
