Chia seeds are very versatile: you can add them to baked goods, salads, yoghurt, your morning oatmeal or you may simply add to your water. I find chia seeds water is the easiest way to get your 28g of this superfood supply in your daily diet. Let me show you what happens when you add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds to a 500mL bottle of water:
