As an integral part of Get Fit in 30, you are responsible to complete three half an hour workouts every week. For your convenience, you may also break them down into six fifteen minute workouts.
These routines are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and will be sent to you in a form of a video that you can stream from home.
You’ll receive variety of workouts ranging from cardio kickboxing, Tabata and strength training (using your own body weight and some light dumbbells).
Adaptive to all Fitness Levels
Whether are are a beginner, intermediate or advanced level participant, you will get workouts suitable for your fitness level.
I also encourage you to move 2 other days per week by choosing an activity that you enjoy; it can be yoga, your favourite fitness class, bike riding, running or simply walking.
