Get Fit in 30 is a complete fitness, nutrition and lifestyle program that will help you kickstart a healthier way of living.  As a result, this healthy way of living will  allow you achieve fitness results you desire.

This 30-day online program will help you get leaner, healthier, stronger, more confident and happier.  It is my mission to equip you with skills and habits that you can use every single day for sustainable and long lasting fitness results.

In a nutshell, you join the program for 30 days but make it part of your life.

Quick fixes don’t last and magic pill does not exist.  Get Fit in 30 will give you a kickstart to get fit and healthy for life.

 

WORKOUTS
As an integral part of Get Fit in 30, you are responsible to complete three half an hour workouts every week.  For your convenience, you may also break them down into six fifteen minute workouts.
These routines are based on High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and will be sent to you in a form of a video that you can stream from home.
You’ll receive variety of workouts ranging from cardio kickboxing, Tabata and strength training (using your own body weight and some light dumbbells).

Adaptive to all Fitness Levels

Whether are are a beginner, intermediate or advanced level participant, you will get workouts suitable for your fitness level.
I also encourage you to move 2 other days per week by choosing an activity that you enjoy; it can be yoga, your favourite fitness class, bike riding, running or simply walking.
EATING PLAN
At beginning of the program, I will email you a booklet with recipes, shopping list and a template to be used for designing a meal plan that works uniquely for you and your family.
All recipes are easy to prepare (in 30 minutes or less) and the eating plan is suitable for both meat eaters and vegetarians.

Wholesome Nutrition, balanced meals and mindful eating

Get Fit in 30 is based on real, nutritious foods that are minimally processed.  You will learn how to prepare easy and delicious meals that you and your family will enjoy.  There will be no calorie or macro counting!  Instead, you will learn about mindful eating.  All meals will be balanced with proteins, good fats and complex carbohydrates.  These meals will help you stay energised throughout the day and give you “fuel” for your workouts!
MOTIVATION
I’ll be guiding you throughout the program and helping you overcome any obstacles that stand in the way of achieving your goals. You’ll receive customised emails and check-ins from me as we move through these 30 days together.  Every week, I will hold a live Q&A session in our private Facebook group. 

Community Support

In this exclusive Facebook group, you will be supported by fellow participants .  You will have a chance to connect with other women from all over the world and share your experiences.
