Personalised Coaching is a custom made fitness and nutrition program. It’s based on individual needs and fully delivered online.

Health CoachIn this program, as a health coach I guide clients to reach their health and life goals by making step-by-step changes in their diet and lifestyle. These changes involve shifting in behaviour and developing new, improved habits and are all done very gradually.
Clients learn about healthy foods and explore the concept of primary foods such as relationships, physical activity, career and spirituality. The fitness and nutrition coaching program is unique to each individual, as what works for one person may not work for another. When I begin working with a client, we start his or her journey from the point where he/she is at the moment.

There is no judgement nor discrimination. We work together towards reaching the point where the client wants to be with his/her health and life. Throughout the program, I guide, inspire and empower clients to become self sufficient by taking control of and responsibility for their own health.

The Fitness and Nutrition Coaching program includes the following components
Fitness and nutritional assessment
Goal planning
10 coaching sessions via internet
Constant communication via e-mail
Weekly menus including recipes and shopping list
Fitness routine
Weekly check-ins
