Festive Chia Pudding
Healthy treats are sometimes hard to find. We all crave something sweet from time to time, especially during the holidays!
My Festive Chia Pudding is a sweet and satisfying dessert that you can bring to your next potluck or party. This versatile dessert is also a family favorite.
To make 6 servings of this Chia Pudding, you’ll need: 3/4 cups of chia seeds, 3 cups of liquid (I liked to use watered-down coconut milk), 1/2 cup of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
