OVERNIGHT OATMEAL RECIPE: (for 1 person)
*1/3 cup oats (rolled oats are best, please do not use instant oats as they will turn into a mush by the morning and they do not contain much fibre)
*1/2 cup milk of your choice, can be skim milk, nut milk or soya milk
*1/4 Greek yogurt or Kefir
*Toppings of your choice such as berries, flax seeds, chia seeds, diced apple, dried fruit or some nuts drizzle with little bit of honey and cinnamon, possibilities are endless.
METHOD OF PREPARATION:
Add the oats to a mason jar, pour the milk and yoghurt and finish with the toppings. Do not mix, place in the fridge overnight, stir it in the morning and enjoy.
